RYSE, Autograph Collection Unveils “Manhattan Records Seoul” Artist Suite

RYSE, Autograph Collection (RYSE) unveiled a new Artist Suite on September 27, 2025, created in collaboration with record shop Manhattan Records Seoul.

Located in Room 1505, the suite has been designed as an experiential space where guests can step into the world of an artist, embodying RYSE’s brand philosophy of celebrating self-expression. The room features professional DJ equipment and a curated LP collection from Manhattan Records Seoul, offering guests a unique opportunity to try their hand at DJing.

Manhattan Records, originally founded in Shibuya, Tokyo, in 1980, opened its first Korean store near Hongik University in February 2025. The shop has quickly drawn attention from local music enthusiasts with its extensive vinyl collection and DJ gear, specializing in black music and club music.

To celebrate the collaboration, RYSE and Manhattan Records Seoul have also released a range of limited-edition merchandise, including hoodies, T-shirts, hats, and eco bags in the brand’s signature blue.

A RYSE representative commented, “We have reimagined the Artist Suite with a distinctive listening and experiential concept unique to RYSE, and we hope guests will enjoy an immersive music experience through the LP collection curated by Manhattan Records Seoul.”

AJU Motors Opens Cadillac Suwon Showroom

AJU Motors officially opened the Cadillac Suwon Showroom on September 22, marking the first and only Cadillac showroom in the Gyeonggi region.

The new showroom represents a key milestone in AJU Motors’ expansion, reinforcing synergies with GM Korea’s Cadillac maintenance initiative. As the operator of Chevrolet’s maintenance business, AJU Motors now extends its expertise to the Cadillac brand through this collaboration.

Located in Maetan-dong, Yeongtong-gu, Suwon, the showroom spans 280 square meters and accommodates up to seven vehicles. The space embodies Cadillac’s modern luxury aesthetic, featuring private consulting rooms, a customer lounge, and ample parking for convenience.
Providing one-stop service from test drives to after-sales care, the showroom delivers a personalized Cadillac experience through test-drive availability across all models, tailored consultations, and trim-specific vehicle displays.

To celebrate the opening, AJU Motors hosted a customer appreciation event from September 26 to 27. Guests experienced Cadillac’s signature service through premium catering, test drives, consultations, and a special vehicle delivery ceremony.

AJU AUTORIUM Expands Anyang Service Center and Opens SELEKT Gangseo Showroom

AJU AUTORIUM has expanded and relocated its Anyang Service Center to further enhance customer-focused premium services, while also opening a new Volvo Certified Pre-Owned showroom, SELEKT Gangseo.

The Anyang Service Center, which officially reopened on July 9, is AJU AUTORIUM's second full-service repair facility following the Mullae Service Center. With a total floor area of approximately 1,941 square meters, the upgraded facility now features eight work bays, up from the previous three, along with newly added sheet-metal and paint booths dedicated to accident repairs. These enhancements enable the center to accommodate up to 600 vehicles per month. To further elevate the customer experience, the center also introduces a new Swedish premium–themed lounge, providing greater comfort and convenience for visiting customers.

On September 9, AJU AUTORIUM celebrated another milestone with the opening of SELEKT Gangseo, its first Volvo Certified Pre-Owned showroom, located on the 11th floor of West Seoul Motorium in Gayang-dong, Gangseo-gu, Seoul. SELEKT is Volvo Cars' official certified pre-owned program, offering vehicles that have successfully passed Volvo's rigorous inspection and certification process. The Gangseo showroom marks the fifth SELEKT location in Korea, following Gimpo, Suwon, Gwangju, and Busan.

At SELEKT Gangseo, only vehicles that have passed Volvo's 180-point inspection are offered, ensuring the highest quality and reliability. The showroom's team of seasoned professionals from the imported-car industry provides personalized consultation and trusted service for every customer.

AJU Corporation Launches “Zero-Ten-Hundred” Declaration and Safety Practice Pledge Campaign

AJU Corporation designated September as “2025 AJU Safety Culture Implementation Month” and held the “Zero-Ten-Hundred (0-10-100) Declaration and Safety Pledge Ceremony,” attended by CEO Moon Seung-man and employee representatives.

The Zero-Ten-Hundred Campaign is a comprehensive safety initiative involving executives, employees, and partner companies. It aims to achieve zero serious industrial accidents, adherence to ten key safety rules, and 100% improvement of hazardous and risk factors.

Throughout the month, AJU conducted safety pledge ceremonies, management-led safety inspections, and the Safety Practice Challenge across all business sites to encourage active employee participation.

To strengthen on-site safety, AJU has installed AI-based video recognition devices at ready-mixed concrete and pile sites to detect pedestrians in real time and automatically issue alerts in hazardous situations, helping prevent potential collisions. Selected facilities also use AI-driven safety management systems to enhance worker protection.

AJU promotes voluntary safety improvements through its Accident Reporting and Safety Proposal Reward System. Additionally, every third week is designated “AJU Safety Inspection Day,” when compliance with five major accident prevention measures and twelve core safety rules is reviewed, fostering a stronger safety culture.

AJU IB Investment and AJU supported the 20th Seoul Spring Festival of Chamber Music as official sponsors, continuing 14 years of consistent support for the arts.
 
Since its inception in 2006, the festival has grown into one of Korea's premier chamber music events, bringing together world-class musicians from Korea and around the globe. Over the years, it has played a key role in broadening the appeal of classical music through a variety of themed performances. This year’s edition celebrated its 20th anniversary under the theme “20 Candles”, offering audiences a variety of unique and meaningful performances.
 
As part of the festival, AJU supported the Fantasia concert on May 2 at the IBK Chamber Hall in the Seoul Arts Center. The performance featured the imaginative, free-form musical style of fantasias, showcasing works by Franz Schubert, Walter Rabl, and Joachim Raff.
