Being a transparent and a respected corporation has been our longstanding commitment. Since our proclamation of ethical management in 2004, the Ethics Committee and Ethics Center were established to set up a Code of Ethics and practical guidelines. Every year at the Ethical Management Forum, the CEOs of affiliated companies as well as employees pledge to comply with the Code of Ethics. Upholding ethics as our foremost principle, we also strive to achieve mutual growth with our competitors by engaging in fair competition.

Ethics Declaration

In 2004, Aju declared ethical management to enhance transparency and fulfill social responsibilities. The Ethics Center was also established to devise ethical standards and practice guidelines. We strengthened ethical transparent management by having all employees sign the Declaration of Ethics so that Aju can become a sound and trusted company.
